Lori Waddles

Lori Bobbitt Waddles, Esq. likewise graduated cum laude from Western Michigan University’s Honors College with a dual degree in Psychology and English in 1985. In 1988, she earned her Juris Doctor from the Michigan State University College of Law. As a member of both the Michigan and American Bar Association, she began her legal career as Law Clerk to the Honorable (then) Michigan Supreme Court Justice Dennis Archer. Following her two year tenure at the Court, she worked for the City of Detroit as an Assistant Corporate Counsel as well as for the Detroit Board of Police Commissioners as its Chief Investigator. Primarily a litigator, her courtroom skills were keenly sharpened during three years of service as a staff attorney for the Legal Aid and Defender Association where she was exposed to a myriad of legal disciplines and specialties, including but not limited to matters of divorce, custody, child support, landlord/tenant, traffic, general civil litigation and appellate practice.
